Whew... that one took some concentration; it was tying my mind in knots.
it was taken from an article which outlined ecumenical practice in the united states in particular
the author was taking the position that the USA has a responsibility to show the world that we can live civilly with vast religious difference
i thought about it historically and came to the conclusion that religious warfare had a lot to do with bloodshed in the development of this country
